About GlobeProxy

What GlobeProxy is

GlobeProxy is a small set of free tools that show what your internet connection reveals. Your IP address works a little like a passport: it tells every website roughly where you connect from and who connects you. These tools let you see that for yourself, check whether a VPN or proxy is doing what you expect, and learn how to read the results.

The tools

• What's my IP: your public IP address, location and provider.
• IP lookup: location and network owner of any IP address.
• WebRTC leak test: whether your browser exposes another address.
• DNS leak test: which DNS servers answer for you.
• Proxy checker: whether a proxy connects, where it exits and what it shows.
• HTTP headers: what your browser tells every website.

Free, with no account

Every tool is free and works the moment you open it. There is nothing to sign up for. To see exactly what each tool processes and what is kept, read the privacy page.

Informational only

The tools are for information. IP locations are estimates, a clean leak test does not prove that every part of your connection is private, and a proxy that passes the checker may still be slow or unreliable. Use the results as one piece of evidence and read the notes on each page.
